Active Peptide Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order for products or free samples. It is understood that all products or samples purchased here will be handled only by qualified professionals from commercial entities, including cosmetic companies, institutes, or distributors.

All of the products from Active Peptide Company are intended for topical use only unless otherwise explicitly stated. The products for sale here are not intended for human ingestion or use in products that may be ingested. Purposes not intended for products sold here include, but are not limited to, in vitro diagnostic purposes, foods, drugs, and medical devices for humans or animals.

The user of the products is solely responsible for all patent considerations in the use of these products. Otherwise, such consignment must be deemed to have been accepted by the customer. Active Peptide Company must give a written agreement before being obliged to accept returned products, and shall have absolute discretion in choosing to replace the products or refund the purchase price.

In no event shall Active Peptide Company or any of its affiliates be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether the purchaser’s claim is in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of the product to the purchaser, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Active Peptide Company harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of the purchaser’s handling and/or use of any product sold here, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.

Active Peptide will make reasonable efforts to publish accurate and current information on the website but makes no warranties or representations regarding accuracy. Users agree that all access and use of the website and its content is at their own risk.
